All sales are considered final once your order is processed and cannot be canceled. Please take the time to shop carefully to ensure you select the correct product. Hair that has been opened, unpackaged, colored, cut, etc., is not eligible for returns.
For unopened hair extensions, we offer a return policy within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Attach a note inside your package with your order number and reason for return. We gladly accommodate returns and exchanges for unopened, unworn, and untampered-with hair extensions. We do not assume responsibility for stylists attempting to custom color or dye virgin hair.
You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs. It is advised to use a tracking number for your return, as AmoreLuxeHair is not accountable for lost returns. A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method through the site.
Any purchase serves as an agreement between you and the seller (AmoreLuxeHair).
